This course is designed to provide real practical experience in Cloud Engineering by completing 5 full-scale projects on AWS, constructed with the same principles that cloud engineers in the industry work with daily. Each project goes through a full life cycle — from architectural design to deployment, testing, and troubleshooting.

You will migrate legacy applications to the cloud, design secure network architectures, configure fault-tolerant and scalable systems, implement zero-downtime deployment strategies, and build event-driven backend solutions. By the end of the course, you will not just “know AWS services,” but understand how to integrate them into functioning production systems.

In the learning process, you will learn to:

  • Migrate on-premises applications to AWS using EC2, RDS, and AWS DMS
  • Design VPCs, subnets, routing, and security groups for secure networks
  • Implement Blue-Green and Rolling Deployments using ALB, Target Groups, and Auto Scaling
  • Build multi-VPC architectures using AWS PrivateLink for private service exchanges
  • Create event-driven systems based on API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, and EventBridge
  • Configure DLQ, retries, alerts, and monitoring via CloudWatch and SNS
  • Deploy multi-region web applications with AWS Global Accelerator
  • Configure Route 53 Health Checks for resilient routing and failover
  • Diagnose real problems using logs, metrics, network checks, and AWS Console

As part of the course, you will complete 5 projects:

  • Migration of on-premises application to AWS — transfer an internal web application from a Linux server to AWS using EC2, RDS, and DMS
  • Blue-Green and Rolling infrastructure deployment — build a deployment system without downtime, akin to production teams
  • Multi-VPC network and PrivateLink architecture — design an isolated private network environment without public access
  • Event-driven order processing system — transition from a monolith to a serverless architecture
  • Multi-region failover with AWS Global Accelerator — create a globally accessible and resilient web application

As a result, you will have 5 completed AWS projects that demonstrate skills expected from a modern Cloud engineer: application migration, network design, deployment strategies, event-driven architectures, and multi-region solutions.
