In this course, we will build a customer support platform based on AI from scratch: set up a real-time chat on Convex Agents, add voice support via VAPI, upload documents, and create a knowledge base using embeddings and RAG. We’ll train the AI to escalate a dialogue to a human or automatically close a request. We will implement workspaces, teams, authentication, and billing on Clerk. We will cover embedding a chat widget, secure storage of API keys on AWS, and error tracking in Sentry. Each module concludes with a pull request and review in CodeRabbit.
