Our goal is to give you access to cost-effective knowledge whenever and wherever you want, in fields as varied as wellness, personal development, leadership, entrepreneurship, cooking, photography, sports and many other categories.
Self-awareness
In this first part, take a step towards self-discovery. Discover or rediscover your body and your feelings, and become aware of your needs.

Meet Thomas d'Ansembourg
In this first appointment, you'll meet your mentor Thomas d'Ansembourg. He'll explain what it means to "Be True", how to identify violence and introduce you to the concept of Citizen Interiority.

Discover your instrument: your body
Accompanied by a group of 8 participants, Thomas d'Ansembourg proposes a time of "body presence". Through a self-awareness exercise, you'll learn to tune your body as if it were a musical instrument!

Listening to yourself to understand your feelings and needs (Part 1)
How are things going? This is the question you need to ask yourself, and the name of the exercise your mentor will carry out with you and her group of participants. Learn to accept all your feelings and understand what they say about you!

Listen to yourself to understand your feelings and needs (Part 2)
Discover a new self-awareness exercise. It will help you understand that needs are nested inside each other, like Russian dolls. You'll also learn to understand what your negative feelings say about you.
Express and welcome your feelings.
Sharing your feelings is fundamental to understanding others, making yourself understood and establishing healthy, calm communication.

Self-expression and listening to others
This 5th lesson focuses on expressing feelings. What does it feel like to express my emotions? And what does it feel like to listen to someone else express theirs?

Inferno and the misunderstanding of others
In this lesson, Thomas d'Ansembourg helps you to become aware of your confinement and identify your needs. Once again, this lesson mixes theory and practice, with an exercise on feeling (sensory, sentimental, etc.).
Decoding feelings
Misidentifying feelings, your own or those of others, is often the starting point for negative situations. Correctly identifying feelings is essential to understanding yourself and others.

Decoding unpleasant feelings (Part 1)
This new episode is dedicated to objectifying situations. Taking a step back and looking at situations from a different angle will help you to decode your negative feelings (annoyance, anger, sadness, etc.), so that you can manage them better.

Decoding unpleasant feelings (Part 2)
Thomas d'Ansembourg completes the previous lesson, giving you the keys to accessing your power of transformation, reducing negative emotions and letting go.

Decoding pleasant feelings
Learn to appreciate and live fully in the good moments, to notice what's going well. This is one of the keys to living happily.

Expressing and listening to feelings in practice
Thomas d'Ansembourg offers a listening course. Reduce your inner tensions and gain discernment by simply listening to someone express their emotions, without seeking to advise or console them.
Getting rid of our blocks
We all carry within us mechanisms that lock us in, preventing us from opening up and moving forward. Let's learn to recognize and overcome them.

The culture of unhappiness versus the culture of peace
Learn to identify the first of 5 self-locking mechanisms and discover an introspective exercise to help you move towards a culture of peace.

The culture of power versus the culture of collaboration
Identify this 2nd self-locking mechanism and learn how to free yourself from the power relations that tire us and sap our motivation.

Mistrust versus trust
In this lesson, discover how to encourage dialogue. How to adapt and transform, so you don't close in on yourself.

Separation versus belonging
This 4th self-locking mechanism prevents you from thinking in terms of inclusion and interdependence, and can ultimately isolate you. Here, you'll learn to rediscover a sense of "we" and pay attention to what unites rather than divides.

Enemy time versus ally time
The last self-locking mechanism is perhaps the most dangerous. Having a poor relationship with time can lead to fatigue, overwork, depression, addictions... The aim of this lesson is to get you out of this impass by making time your best ally!
Wrap-up and conclusion
Thomas d'Ansembourg invites you to take stock and open a door on an important concept.

Towards a quality of being
Thomas d'Ansembourg suggests you use this lesson to recap the teachings you've just received and take part in a guided meditation.

Conclusion
Take advantage of your mentor's final words of advice.

Bonus: towards Citizen Interiority
Thomas d'Ansembourg takes you deeper into a fundamental concept: Citizen Interiority.
