Tactical Agentic Coding

Here’s what most engineers miss:

  • AI Coding was just the beginning (Phase 1)
  • Vibe Coding is the lowest hanging fruit
  • of all codebases are now outdated and inefficient
  • IMPORTANT: You, the engineer, are the bottleneck — not the models – not the tools – not the agents

While everyone sits “In the Loop” prompting back and forth with powerful agentic coding tools, 90% of the true value of AI Agents like Claude Code lies untapped. Engineers are wasting their exponential potential because they lack the information needed to use Agentic Coding at peak performance.

The Problem Is… Most of the tech industry is still building as if AI Agents don’t exist. Why? Because most engineers don’t understand that the old ways of engineering, and even AI Coding, are completely outdated. With the creation of AI Agents (with Claude Code leading the way), a new engineering role has emerged, and in order to scale beyond AI Coding and vibe coding, you must begin your evolution into this new role.

What’s the new engineering role? Take a quick look at the URL you’re on right now. I’ve been holding this URL for years, while building the skills and beliefs needed for this transition. Hoping that one day, the right compute and the right tooling would emerge. Today, it’s finally time. You and I can now become Agentic Engineers.

Agentic Engineering isn’t about models, prompting, or agents — it’s about composing the old world of software engineering with the new world of agents to achieve exponential scales of engineering. It’s about stepping out of the loop entirely. It’s about building systems that build systems. It’s about encoding your engineering excellence into your agents with templates and ADWs so they ship on your behalf while maintaining your engineering standards, while you’re AFK.

With Tactical Agentic Coding – TAC, you’ll begin your transition into this new role of engineering to unlock exponential scales of engineering for you, your team and your customers.

Here, in TAC, you’ll think hard and learn to step out of the loop.

Let’s start with a simple question that guides everything you’ll accomplish in TAC…

  1. Thank you, there was some corrupted files 2, and 8. Also can you post the github repos? just so we have access to the codebase he shares tyvm again

      1. Just following up, yes unrar worked all the videos are working as expected even 11, the github repositories are just a nice to have. I was really just looking for the videos! :) thank you again!

  2. You are the best! Thank you very very much! If you can get the github repos as well it would be perfect.

  3. Hi! thanks you very much! Can you please check if in the repo there are some folders called ‘.claude’? Because they are not included in the rar and are very important for the course. Once again thanks a lot

  4. I’ve paid for premium account at freedl.link, which is where the signup and login buttons redirect to, but the site fredl.ru doesn’t respect the login and there is no way to download other than the normal download which is taking forever. Can you post these files to the freedl.ink URL?

    1. login to freedl.ink, when you open the link click on login, it will show message welcome back. then it might download at premium speeds. all links go to diff. mirror names even i post links with freedl.ink url, for more please contact the site owner. support[at]freedl{.}ink

  5. hey there, is there an update on this course, especially the Agentic Horizon lessons?
    thanks in advance.

  6. Thank you for your work, man!

… I’ve just downloaded almost all the files from Freedl, except 11._Building_Domain_Specific_Agents[ddpanda].rar, which always told me that the server is in maintenance, and was going to ask to reupload it.
But, right at that moment, old links were replaced with new Fileq ones, haha. Hope that solves my problem with that lesson 11 :)

    1. Seems that new archives contain exactly the previous files (including this previously broken lesson 11) – but with one exception, “tac 12-14 repos.rar” file.
Good thing I downloaded it before the filesharing platform replacement. This new platform is much, much faster than Freedl, btw!

Code folders for lessons 9, 10, and 11 also seem to be missing… Both in old and new files.

  7. Hi! Any chance you can update the contents to the latest ones in the course?
I don’t know if you receive those updates.

Thank you for sharing this content btw, amazing content!
