Welcome to the latest in our popular Tech Tip series, where we’ve reached the landmark Volume 100! That’s 1000, yes ONE THOUSAND individual Tech Tips to get your teeth into since it all started in 2009, where Phil kicked things off with ‘Using a Vocoder in Ableton Live’.

Since then, we’ve been busy building our own plugins such as ANA and ANA 2, so we thought why not get in touch with Sensho and let him showcase some of the often overlooked features in ANA 2 that can help make a massive impact when designing your sounds in our flagship synth.

Over the following ten Tech Tips, we’ll check out creative uses with the Sample and Hold LFOs, Resampling, using the Verbatron effect for widening, tone shaping with the Multiband Limiter, Arp Modulation and more. We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again – ANA 2 is such a versatile synth that the possibilities for sound design are endless! All of these Tech Tips are great starting blocks and inspiration to carry across all types of genres and styles, whether it’s pads, leads, basses or stabs – you can take this knowledge, open ANA 2, and get creative!
