OpenClaw is a platform for creating personal AI assistants with a Local-First approach, allowing you to run agents on your own infrastructure and connect them to Telegram, Slack, Discord, Signal, iMessage, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Matrix, and WebChat.
In this practical course, you will not only launch your own AI agent but also learn to skillfully manage its capabilities, data access, and level of autonomy. Special attention is given to security: who can interact with the assistant, what actions it is permitted to take, and what resources it should have access to.
You will go through the entire process from installing OpenClaw and connecting communication channels to developing your own skills (Skills), setting permissions, and creating a full-fledged automation.
