Hello everyone and welcome to Texturing in COPs the lost alien project. That’s a pretty long name because even though the primary focus of the training is texturing using the new COPs in Houdini 20.5 this is a complete project done from scratch entirely in Houdini. The training will cover a variety of topic’s including,

Character modeling

Rigging using kinefx

Hard surface modeling

Uv unwrapping

Texturing using cops

Pyro sims

Building shaders using materialx

And finally lighting and rendering the entire scene using Karma xpu.
